This peanut coating and frying system is entirely and independently developed and manufactured by Heshan Machinery Company. It consists of a fully automatic peanut coating machine, a pneumatic conveying system, a slurry supply system, an external feeding system (slurry pump, insulation drum, piping), a powder hopper with scale, and an automatic weighing system. PLC program control allows for adjustable parameters (such as
material, liquid, and dosing, dosing frequency, and spindle speed). Adjusted parameters are saved to ensure consistent quality across each batch.

Equipped with two vacuum powder feeders per line, this contact-free production line offers high efficiency and low noise, eliminating leakage of powder and materials and reducing dust pollution in the workshop. The peanut coating and frying machine system is equipped with a pneumatic conveying system, operating in a fully sealed system to eliminate dust pollution and ensure a uniform mix.
The liquid supply to the peanut coating and frying machine is centrifugal, resulting in a non-sticking and non-clogging system. The sprayed liquid is sprayed in a mist-like form, ensuring more uniform material adhesion.
Our cylindrical sieve thoroughly removes residual powder after coating. Its rotation prevents deformation of the coated peanuts, reducing residual powder entering the fryer and slowing down oil oxidation.
